Strong and Growing Demand
Manchester has been one of the fastest growing UK cities since the early 2000's. Demand for homes in the city is now 2.5x as strong as supply. As the city continues to grow, so does demand. This makes for high-yielding, consistent returns.
Billions of pounds worth of regeneration is planned in Manchester - focusing on bringing new life to areas of the city that need it; creating new jobs, homes, green parks, retail spaces, and more. Not only will this improve the local areas visually, but will boost demand and property values.
Regeneration Projects
Manchester is known for its innovative Bee Network - providing easy, affordable, and quick travel in & around the city centre. It also has four central train stations, meaning you can travel further afield conveniently.
Excellent Connectivity
Manchester is predicted to be the second strongest city for house price growth until 2028, in a recent report from JLL. In the past 10 years, house prices have grown 50% in the city.

Dating back to 1837, Brunswick Mill was once among the largest mills in the country, with 35 loading bays facing directly on to the Ashton Canal. Built in 1839 by David Bellhouse, it was later acquired by The Bannerman Mills Company in 1865, becoming a powerhouse in textile manufacturing. In 1908, it reportedly became the first mill in Manchester to adopt electricity, and by 1910, it served as the head office of Bannerman Mills. Cotton production ceased in 1960, however the building’s legacy continued.
In June 1995, Brunswick Mill was classified as a Grade II listed building, preserving its architectural charm. Over a decade later, it became home to Brunswick Mill Rehearsal Studios, a creative hub for Northern bands and even featured in one of Liam Gallagher’s music videos.
New Islington, one of The Sunday Times’ Best Places to Live, offers convenient city living with a unique aesthetic. The canal-side suburb is popular among a range of residents, due to its great connectivity, abundance of quirky cafe's, and unbeatable scenery.
