The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Investment Consultant to join our Manchester team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in sales or property to grow within a supportive, high-performing environment. Your role will be to guide both UK-based and international investors through the full sales cycle, from first consultation to final purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage inbound and outbound investor lead
- Make consistent daily cold calls and discovery calls to build pipeline and momentum
- Hit and exceed call-time targets — setting the pace, not following it
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand client goals and offer tailored investment solutions
- Present opportunities clearly and confidently (in person, phone, video)
- Nurture long-term client relationships with clarity and care
- Coordinate with solicitors, developers, and internal teams to deliver a seamless experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
- Hit and exceed personal and team performance goals

Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in property, sales, or client-facing roles (real estate background preferred but not essential)
- Familiarity with Manchester’s property market is a bonus
- Full training provided
