I have had a great experience with Katie Headdock at Orlando Reid. Out of all of the viewings I have attended, Katie was the only agent who was actually punctual and at the premises prior to the viewing time. She has been friendly and professional throughout, and always very quick to respond to emails. I cannot fault Katie and her service and would recommend her/ Orlando Reid to anyone looking to rent.

All the team at Orlando (especially James and Lisa) have been really helpful and professional.
From the first visit and then walking us through the whole process, we have felt in good hands.
Always quick to answer, liaise with the Solicitors, Seller etc, and give useful advise to us as well as help finding a great furtniture pack team.

Great experience with Orlando Reid. Amazing follow up from first call and first visit, as soon as I enquired on a comparison site about listing my flat for rent. Within a day Orlando Reid had been in touch and Katie, Will and Andy were so friendly and patient with me and all my questions! They reliably provided information and followed up promptly several times a day and guided me throughout the whole thing which has been seamless. The flat was listed days after instruction and we had 10 confirmed bookings after 1 weekend of being advertised. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Katie!

Probably the easiest renting process I've experienced! Katie was absolutely lovely and able to answer any questions honestly, and so efficient when it came to submitting my offer to the landlord and letting me know it had been accepted. Both Katie and Andrew turned everything around quickly but most importantly clearly, so I had a lot of confidence in OR as a letting agent. I'm excited to move into my new home!
