I've been searching for a new flat for the last few months, and Katie at Orlando Reid has been the only letting agent to reply promptly throughout the inquiry and viewing process. I highly recommend the team at Orlando Reid. From beginning to end, Nicole was constantly on hand throughout the negotiation process, she was highly knowledgeable about the purchase and was readily available and willing to give us advice as and when necessary.

The experience that Orlando Reid provided when buying a property in Manchester was excellent. They were efficient when it came to completing everything on time and delivered quality service. When I moved into my new home I was presented with gifts such as champagne and scented candles, which was a nice gesture which was greatly appreciated.

I had an issue with my hot water running in my apartment. I reached out to Megan and within a day the issue was resolved. , much in contrast to other instances where I have sought help and not received any . Megan’a attitude towards being helpful and her work , shows a keen interest to help and not just tick off a box .

Great experience with Orlando Reid. Amazing follow up from first call and first visit, as soon as I enquired on a comparison site about listing my flat for rent. Within a day Orlando Reid had been in touch and Katie, Will and Andy were so friendly and patient with me and all my questions! They reliably provided information and followed up promptly several times a day and guided me throughout the whole thing which has been seamless. The flat was listed days after instruction and we had 10 confirmed bookings after 1 weekend of being advertised. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Katie!

Probably the easiest renting process I've experienced! Katie was absolutely lovely and able to answer any questions honestly, and so efficient when it came to submitting my offer to the landlord and letting me know it had been accepted.
