National property consultancy Orlando Reid has announced the acquisition of Bergins Letting Agents, a long-established letting agency in South Manchester with a strong presence across Northenden and Wythenshawe.
The acquisition will see more than 250 properties transfer into the Orlando Reid portfolio, further strengthening the firm’s growing property management platform. As part of the transition, the existing Bergins team will remain in place, ensuring continuity for landlords and tenants while maintaining the trusted service the agency has delivered to its long-standing client base.
The deal marks Orlando Reid’s first acquisition of 2026, forming part of the company’s wider strategy to expand its management portfolio across the UK.
The addition of Bergins’ portfolio supports Orlando Reid’s ambitious growth targets, with the company aiming to reach 2,500 managed properties across the group by the end of 2027.
Over recent years, Orlando Reid has continued to expand its footprint within the property sector, providing investment consultancy, property sales, lettings and full management services to UK and international investors.
